Joe and Teri have ministered in conferences, churches, crusades and Bible schools on five continents. They are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. Joe has been an instructor at Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They both have taught at Victory World Missions Training Center and are International Bible School Instructors for the V.B.I.'s worldwide.
Joseph Franta Ministries has been reaching out into the nations since 1985. They have been sent by the Holy Spirit into Mexico, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
